PRECAST UAE manufactures precast manholes, catch basins, inspection chambers, and utility chambers for drainage, telecom, electrical, water, and infrastructure networks across UAE projects. Units are produced to approved drawings with project-specific top openings, side entries, design loading, reinforcement, lifting details, and QA documentation.
Manholes are drawing-led products. The right quotation depends on internal dimensions, depth, cover loading, wall thickness, pipe or duct openings, lifting requirements, and the authority or consultant specification.

Catch Basins & Inspection Chamber Units
Square units similar to the supplied CB-type reference are precast chamber bodies, not removable manhole covers. They can be manufactured with a broad concrete top rim, recessed square access opening, hollow interior, and formed lower side knockouts or service entries. The outside dimensions, wall thickness, opening sizes, reinforcement, bearing details, and lifting arrangement follow the approved project drawing.
Any removable metal, composite, or concrete access lid placed above the chamber is a separate component and should be identified independently in the BOQ.
